To successfully raise capital - whether equity, debt or grant - a business must be "investment ready". Assessment of investment readiness primarily focuses on the business model and structure, market opportunity, competitive advantages and management capability.
We can provide investment readiness support by:-
- Identifying the most appropriate sources of finance;
- Reviewing the business to identify hurdles or omissions that would impact on an investment decision;
- Offering guidance on investor expectations and attitudes; and
- Helping with the preparation of the business plan and live presentation.
Help with investment readiness is ideal for businesses that require growth funding but have limited experience of raising finance. The process is not designed to produce funding, i.e. there is no guarantee of funding success; however, the process can significantly improve the chances of securing external investment.
If you have a great idea but need a little help to become investment ready then we want to hear from you.
