Our panel of highly experienced mentors and coaches bring industry experience, independence and objectivity to your business ambitions and goals; working with you to identify opportunities; providing links to sources of investment, and helping you make tough decisions to achieve accelerated growth. This innovative programme is subsidised as part of ‘Solutions for Business’, the government’s package of publicly funded business support, enabling you to access leading experts at affordable fees.

Our experts’ technical skills can enhance those of the management team and address the key issues where development is needed. Of course, any relationship is about people and culture, so matching soft skills is crucial too. We will help you to define your needs, select the right change agent and stay in touch afterwards to ensure that you are getting the most out of the programme.
